One measure of Red Earl Irish Whiskey, served in a large glass (½ litre or Boston-style is ideal) with plenty of ice, 200ml of ginger ale, and a generous wedge of orange (give it a squeeze).
Nose:
Subtle hints of cherry, strawberry, rose petal, and citrus layered over marzipan, almond, and oak notes. Vibrant fruity notes appear on both the nose and palate.
Colour:
The Rioja wine cask imparts a colour reminiscent of a fine rosé wine.
Taste:
Delivers satisfying blends of toffee, vanilla, and toasted almonds, complemented by delightful notes of cinnamon and clove typical of spicy Riojas.
Finish:
This whiskey has a medium-bodied mouthfeel that ends in a long, warm, and moreish finish.
